We have not opened for orders yet, and we would rather open late than open unready. So right now the kitchen is doing three things.
First, tasting. Every flavour in the designer gets another round with the family panel. Second, testing. We bake in the sizes and shapes you can pick, to make sure each one comes out the way the 3D version promises. Third, finishing the details: prices, packaging and how quickly we can bake to order.
When we are ready, everyone on the waiting list hears first, before anyone else. You will also get the odd sneak peek between now and then, and a say in what we bake next.
We are not promising a date until we are sure of it. When we have one, you will be the first to know.
